By creating a Trajekt account or using the Trajekt platform at trajekt.co.uk, you agree to these terms. If you are using Trajekt on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Trajekt provides a product feed management platform that connects ecommerce stores to advertising channels and marketplaces. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice. We will not remove features that paid subscribers are actively using without at least 30 days’ notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with third parties or use Trajekt to process data belonging to parties who have not authorised you to do so. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You may not use Trajekt to: process data you are not authorised to process, violate the terms of service of any advertising platform (including Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok), distribute prohibited or counterfeit products, circumvent platform policies, or engage in any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are shown in GBP inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. The free plan is provided without payment and may be subject to usage limits.
You retain ownership of your product data. By connecting your store to Trajekt, you grant us a limited licence to read and process your product data for the purpose of generating feed outputs as configured by you. We do not claim ownership of your product data and do not use it for any purpose beyond delivering the Trajekt service.
Trajekt is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that feed outputs will always be accepted by third-party platforms (whose requirements may change). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. Material changes to paid plan terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Trajekt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
