Are all channels included in every plan?

Yes. Every Trajekt plan — including the free plan — includes access to all supported channels. There are no per-channel fees. The plans differ only in product count and store connections, not in which channels are available.

Yes. Every paid plan includes all supported channels — Google Shopping, ChatGPT Shopping, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, Microsoft/Bing, Awin, Kelkoo, Idealo, Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, and more. There are no per-channel fees. You pay for product count and store count, not channels.

A product is a unique variant row in your feed — not a parent product. If you have a t-shirt available in 3 colours × 4 sizes, that's 12 product variants (12 rows in your feed). The plan limit applies to the number of variants in your output feed, not the number of parent products in your store.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. There are no long-term contracts — all plans are monthly with no lock-in.

Trajekt has a permanent free plan (not a time-limited trial) with up to 50 products, 1 store, and 2 feeds. This lets you connect your store and generate real feed output before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required.

AI Rules credits are used when Trajekt processes your products through AI enrichment (description rewriting, title optimisation, attribute extraction). Credits cost approximately £0.001 per product. Growth and Pro plans include AI credits/month. Results are cached — if a product hasn't changed, the cached result is reused without consuming credits.

The Agency plan is designed for agencies managing multiple client stores. For agencies with very large numbers of clients or specific requirements, contact us at hello@trajekt.co.uk to discuss volume pricing and partnership arrangements.

If your catalogue grows beyond your plan's product limit, Trajekt will notify you and prompt you to upgrade. Your feeds will continue running on the previous successful run until you upgrade — your ads won't stop immediately.

Yes. Trajekt generates invoices for all paid plans. Invoices are available to download from your account billing settings and sent by email each billing period. VAT is charged at the standard UK rate (20%) for UK-based customers.
