Trajekt is a product feed management platform operated from the United Kingdom. References to "Trajekt", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to the operator of trajekt.co.uk. Our contact email is hello@trajekt.co.uk.
Account data: When you create a Trajekt account, we collect your email address and any name or company details you choose to provide.
Store connection data: To generate product feeds, Trajekt reads product data from your ecommerce store via API (Shopify Admin API, WooCommerce REST API, etc.). This data — product titles, descriptions, prices, images, inventory — is processed to generate feed outputs and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Usage data: We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and IP address. This is collected via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. Trajekt does not store your card details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment data.
We use your data to: provide the Trajekt service (generating and delivering product feeds), communicate with you about your account, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your product data to train AI models or sell it to third parties.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data is: (a) contract performance — processing necessary to deliver the Trajekt service you have subscribed to; (b) legitimate interests — analytics and platform improvement; (c) legal obligation — where required by law.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active plus 12 months after closure. Product data fetched from your store is cached for feed generation purposes and is not retained beyond what is needed for the current feed run and caching period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@trajekt.co.uk.
Trajekt uses the following third-party services: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (usage analytics), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic Claude (AI enrichment — product data sent for enrichment is subject to Anthropic’s API terms). Where product data is sent to third-party AI APIs for enrichment, this is done only at your explicit configuration and direction.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@trajekt.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Trajekt uses cookies for: session management (essential), analytics via Google Analytics (performance), and preference storage (functional). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use Trajekt.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
